1. I am having trouble logging into the website.

a. Your username is the e-mail address that you entered when you signed up for this website.
b. Your password is the password you used when you signed up for this website.
c. If you have not signed up for this website yet, click here to sign-up.


2. I get this message when I submit my order: "Your billing information is invalid, please correct the information and resubmit the order.."

a. Check that your billing address matches the billing address of the credit card being used.
b. The credit card being used may have a problem with PayPal.
c. The information on the credit card may have been input incorrectly. Check the credit card number, expiration date, card type, and card verification number.


3. There is an error with my shipping address.

a. The shipping information entered is incorrect.
b. Make sure to check the state and zip code also.
c. If you checked the box for same as billing, check the billing information.


4. I forgot my login information.

a. If you know what email address you used when signing up then click here and enter it. After you have done that, check your email and use that information to login.
